OPEN POSITIONS
Household Assistant & Housekeeping (10%-20%)
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and independent Housekeeping & Household Assistant to support the management and upkeep of an apartment. This is a part-time position (10%-20%) with flexible hours and a highly competitive salary. The role is based primarily in Davos, with occasional work in Zurich.
Responsibilities
- High-standard cleaning of private living spaces
- Household assistance and light property management tasks
- Identifying tasks independently and taking initiative
- Ensuring a spotless, well-maintained, and welcoming environment
What We’re Looking For
- Eye for detail and precision in cleaning
- Able to identify tasks and act independently
- Experience with luxury clients or hotels is a strong advantage
- Professional and discreet demeanor
Requirements
- Fluent English (German is a plus)
- Valid driver’s license and access to your own car
- Basic computer knowledge (e.g., email, calendar, messaging apps)
- Ideally based in or near Davos
- Flexibility to occasionally travel to Zurich
- Friendly, unbureaucratic and no BS work environment.
- Pet our company Chow Chow as many times as you want (or as many times as he allows you to, whichever comes first).

Cleaning Staff (10%-20%)
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Cleaning Person to maintain the highest standard of cleanliness and hygiene in our private properties. This part-time position (10%–20%) offers flexible hours, a competitive salary, and a friendly working environment. The role is primarily based in Davos, with occasional assignments in Zurich.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of private apartments, guest areas, and common spaces
- Ensure all interiors are spotless, well-organized, and presented to a premium standard
- Handle laundry, ironing, and basic linen care when required
- Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow cleaning checklists and schedules to deliver consistent quality
- Report maintenance issues or damages as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Exceptional attention to detail and cleanliness
- Trustworthy, punctual, and consistent work ethic
- Previous experience in luxury homes, hotels, or cleaning services preferred
- Discreet, professional attitude and respect for clients’ privacy
